As the manufacturer, your warranty claims go right to us, and we handle them personally for quicker solutions. At Texas Mattress Makers, we take pride in our manufacturing process and only use the highest quality materials to ensure you get a good night’s sleep.

*Please be aware that minor dipping, or “body impressions” are clinically proven to help support spinal alignment and provide the pressure relief needed for a great night’s sleep.
**If you purchase an adjustable mattress base, we have the original company’s warranty linked in each product page for your convenience.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We are confident in our ability to find the right mattress for you. However, if for some reason we are unable to meet your specific needs, we can issue you a refund up to 90 nights from your original delivery or pick-up date. All items that are eligible for a refund are subject to an 18% restocking fee.
