Our 90-Night Comfort Guarantee

If you would like to make a change to your custom mattress — specifically the comfort level — please contact us before your 90-night trial period expires. This trial period gives you ample time to truly experience your mattress, let it fully break in, and determine if any adjustments are needed.

If your custom bed is made with our Quantum™ Coil component, this trial extends to a 6-month period. If you contact us within the trial period about comfort concerns, our team will work with you to find a solution. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with your new mattress.
