Final Sale And No Return Policy
All upholstered bed frames are FINAL SALE. Once an order is placed, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued for any reason outside of the limited manufacturer warranty.
Due to the custom nature of upholstered bed frames, all sizes, configurations, fabrics, and specifications are final. Customers are responsible for confirming measurements and selections prior to purchase.
Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Upholstered bed frames are covered by a one (1) year limited manufacturer warranty from the original date of delivery. This warranty applies only to verified defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

Warranty Claims
As the manufacturer, we handle all warranty claims directly. If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective component. Replacement materials may vary slightly due to availability.
Proof of purchase is required. Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Limitations
This warranty is limited to the remedies described above and does not cover incidental or consequential damages. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
